Why are vector graphics required?

Vector data allows for enlargement without loss of quality, which is essential for large net branding.

Handball Goal Net Branding & Durability

For branding on a handball goal net or catch net for the handball goal, we use a special net that allows us to produce a very durable print. Unlike football, nets in handball are subjected to much higher wear.

Advanced Printing Technology

The number of shots into the net and the energy with which the ball hits the net are not comparable to football. With our special coating, we can let the color penetrate deep into the material so that abrasion on the printed goal net is as low as possible.

We offer two different net types:

1. Complete goal nets with branding

The knotless net measures 300 × 200 cm. The goal net depth at the top and bottom varies depending on the frame manufacturer. Please provide the respective dimensions. Mesh size and twine thickness can also vary, depending on the logo. In principle, almost the entire net can be printed, but the best advertising area is the 300 × 200 surface.

The knotless net measures 300 × 200 cm and has edge reinforcement; mesh size and twine thickness may vary depending on the logo. All nets are made to measure.

Feasibility

Will our club logo work on the net?

Not every logo or typeface is suitable for printing on a net without adjustment. That’s why we—where possible—always create a mockup before production. Even with years of experience, it isn’t always possible to reliably assess feasibility without a drawing.

Feel free to contact us and please send your logo as vector artwork in PDF format—this is the best basis for a clean drawing. Tiny or pixelated images are unfortunately not suitable.

Why we always create a design sketch

Not every logo is suitable for a net structure. Due to the mesh openings, fine details like the dot of an "i" can fall through the mesh and disappear from the lettering.

Advantage for handball: A handball goal net measures only 3 x 2 m – much smaller than a football goal. While we normally use a 5 cm mesh size for both sports, for handball we can often switch to approx. 3 cm. The smaller mesh allows for more detailed logos and finer lettering. Here is an example of a net with small meshes.

Sometimes small adjustments are enough—such as a slightly thicker line or an enlarged detail—without visibly changing the corporate identity.

We therefore ask you to independently check the currently applicable requirements (e.g., regarding logo sizes or distances) in your respective rulebook or with your governing body. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the branding complies with the relevant regulations.

Since net branding often takes on enormous dimensions, the logo must be able to be enlarged without loss of quality. Only vector data offers this flexibility without loss of quality during scaling.
